We have simplified the Service Level Agreements into 2 types:-

ANNUAL1 for 265's, ELA's, INFINITY's & the new Instinctiv & Micron Range

ANNUAL2 for the 248  249 / 260 series of printer

We have also introduced EASY-PAY for those customers with 3 or more DEK Printers.

EASY-PAY allows our customers to recieve all the normal benefits of the Service Level Agreement with the added advantage of staged payments throughout the year. These can take the form of Monthly, Quarterly or in 3 part payments. There is a small cover charge for this service.
